First attempt at using a professional rig, animated a cartoonish yet weighty gunshot:
Messing around with scaling and made bubbling water (kinda). Didn't know how to do grass with hair then but i sure tried:
Previs for (1/4 of) a fight scene using Halo's Master Chief and Unordinary's Seraphina. Rendered in low sample eevee because my computer was not happy that day. I added SFX and VFX.
The first shot of that fight rendered in cycles with lots of flair on top. An idea of what it SHOULD look like.

Daleks:
(MODELS BY ME!)
My first dalek, freestyled by eye based on a bobblehead figure. Had no environment for it and made the mistake of using eevee to render. I kept that as a mark of shame.
A classic bronze dalek. I did not know how to auto smooth shade, use emission materials, or do those god damned plates correctly, but it turned out really good!
A classicER that mixes elements from the original Daleks and subsequent Invasion of Earth models. Much nicer shading and texturing. I picked this cause it uses bands, not plates (lol)
Many hate but I have a soft spot for the hunchbacks of '10. This is where you see my newer skills at work, I really knew what i was doing with this one.
And that brings me to my latest, a complete remodel of the bronze. This one is so much better in every conceivable way. If not for the goddamned plates this is 100% accurate and probably screen ready. If I worked faster I would be good enough for the BBC to hire, they don't exactly have sky high FX budgets.
Halo Stuff:
